Our firm, which was founded in 1993
is a leading mid-tier professional firm specializing in company formation, taxation, accounting, payroll services and legal advice for businesses, family offices and individuals. We are proud to offer to our clientele unique and innovative tailor made solutions in a one stop shop manner.
The firm has offices in Valencia, Castellon and Madrid, although we serve clients throughout all the Spanish territory and abroad.
Our team, many of whom have had experience in multinational firms, are all equipped with post-graduate degrees from top Spanish business schools and universities. They also receive ongoing training in the form of courses, seminars and workshops in which they perfect their skills and keep informed and updated of new developments in their area of work.

We are the only Spanish member of the Association of International Tax Consultants
which is a leading network of independent tax advisors with presence in the five continents and in more than 50 countries. Our membership in this association allows us to keep well informed about the very last developments in the international tax and legal landscape and to offer our clients the best possible solution to their needs.
Our services can be hired in stand-alone basis for a specific need or in a package
at very competitive fees. We normally offer these services under a monthly flat fee arrangement. One of the main advantages of our service is that we are “in the cloud”. This means that our clients have direct access, anywhere anytime, to their files and docs. We share our information with them in real time, which according to our experience, is a value added tool for our foreign clients.
